We’re still on this summer foam kick and just in time for the annual cicadas. The Albemarle Angler is partnering with Starr Hill Brewery to put on a series of fly tying classes. We will be tying innovative and effective patterns for our region. This month we will be tying a ‘fat albert’ variant; an extremely productive cicada pattern for bass as well as trout. No experience necessary. Seating is limited and going fast.
Cost: $20 per participant covers your vise, tools and material for the evening. You also receive a Starr Hill Glass of the week, a Starr Hill T-shirt and a Starr Hill Koozie! If you would like to just hang out and watch, there is no charge and you are more than welcome
**Also for the month of July Starr Hill has ‘Cheers for Charity’, in which a dollar from every pint sold goes to the Music Resource Center**
When: Wednesday, July 29th from 6pm-8pm
Where: The Tap Room at Starr Hill Brewery
5391 Three Notch’D Road
