Nothing belongs on the tying bench like a good craft brew!
What: The Albemarle Angler is partnering with Starr Hill Brewery to put on a series of fly tying classes. We will be tying innovative and effective patterns for our region. This month we will be tying the ‘Gangler’, a leggy gurgler variation; great topwater pattern for your warmwater quarry. No experience necessary. Seating is limited and going fast.
Cost: $20 per participant covers your vise, tools and material for the evening. You also receive a Starr Hill Glass of the week, a Starr Hill T-shirt and a Starr Hill Koozie!
**Also for the month of May Starr Hill has ‘Cheers for Charity’, in which a dollar from every pint sold goes to the Charlottesville Mural Project**
When: Wednesday, June 24th from 6pm-8pm
Where: The Tap Room at Starr Hill Brewery
5391 Three Notch’D Road
Crozet, VA 22932
