Hareline Strung Guinea Feathers are an excellent addition to most streamer flies that add texture and depth. Their mottled pattern can elevate any hackled streamer and are frequently used as soft hackle on traditional wet flies. I am especially a fan of using red guinea feathers as gill accents on my baitfish patterns.
